R 400.4167 (Policy to Report Student Death)
In the unlikely and unfortunate event of the death of a registered St. Mary's Prep Day or Boarding Student, it is the responsibility of BOTH the School (OLSMPrep) Administration and the deceased student's Parent(s)/Guardians to report the death to the Michigan Department of Education within 48 hours of the issuance of the Death Certificate.
