Technical Excellence Award
Awarded to the team that possesses technical excellence in robot design and operation. (How the students operate the robot and how well the robot functions)
Team # 9 Orchard Lake St. Mary’s
Simple, sturdy, effective and repeatable are all descriptive words that engineers love. This team has created a robot which encompasses all those traits. This team used the concept of conservation of momentum and ballistic motion to design their shooting mechanism.
