Honors Environmental Research el. 11, 12 2 sem
Students develop an appreciation for the environment and the importance of maintaining the delicate balance between our ecosystems and industry. Research projects include water quality studies conducted here on Orchard Lake, as well as various recycling efforts initiated by students.
Forensic Science el. 10, 11, 12 2 sem
This full-year course gives students the opportunity to apply science and scientific knowledge in real life applications. The class begins with an introduction to the history of forensic science. Students will also study the various sub units that exist within a forensic science department, such as toxicology, photography, and latent print units. Subjects such as crime scene investigating, laboratory methods, and evidence analysis will also be covered in the class.
