Open Door Policy
St. Mary’s “open door” policy promises that if you need to meet with the Headmaster or a member of the Administration, we will make ourselves available to you in a timely manner without formalities. Every effort is made to schedule meetings within 48 hours. We believe problems are easier to correct when time is of the essence. St. Mary’s Headmaster and Deans freely give their cell phone numbers to parents and are diligent about returning calls and answering messages. We encourage full disclosure by our parents to inform the school of their needs, desires, questions, difficulties, or successes. We at St. Mary’s feel we can only properly educate our young men and fulfill our Catholic mission when teachers and parents are completely involved in their lives. To do this we must be available; our ‘family environment’ is one of our greatest assets.
