1. PAYMENT IN FULL (Cash, Check, Money Order, Credit Card)
Payment-in-full must be completed by September 30. Any family paying the full amount by August 15 will be granted a $100.00 discount off the price of tuition. Any family with more than one student enrolled at the same time will receive a $1,000.00 discount on each student enrolled after the first. All families wishing to make payment-in-full are asked to make a $500.00 Registration deposit toward tuition within one month after acceptance. This deposit is non-refundable after July 1.
2. F.A.C.T.S. ( Automatic Tuition Payment Plan)
St. Mary's has contracted with the F.A.C.T.S. tuition management company to provide for automatic monthly deductions from a specified bank account, or charges to a specified credit card. Payment-in-full must be completed by February 1. The monthly installments will be smaller, the earlier payment is begun. A large down payment may be made to reduce the monthly cost. All families wishing to make payment through the F.A.C.T.S. program are asked to make a $500.00 Registration deposit toward tuition within one month after acceptance. This deposit is non-refundable after July 1. Application forms and information pamphlets are available in the school office.
No student will be allowed to begin taking classes without submitting the properly completed Registration and Health forms and acceptance of one of the payment plans by the responsible parent.
FINANCIAL AID
* St. Mary's Preparatory offers financial aid based on need only. No other scholarships are available.
* Financial aid is awarded on a first come, first serve basis. Applying early greatly increases the chance of receiving an award.
* Applications may be requested through the school office. These forms become available in late February and may be requested after a student has been accepted.
* All financial aid is subject to the market and investment returns. There is never a guarantee of aid to those qualifying.
* Financial aid does not cover books, school supplies, or fees.
* The balance owed must be resolved through on of the payment plans outlined above.
